Chief Executive, Energy Saving Trust
Appointed CEO of the Energy Saving Trust after 17 years at the organisation, Mike Thornton leads the business' work to address the climate emergency and deliver a zero carbon society through the reduction of carbon emissions. With over 30 years of experience in the environmental, energy efficiency, transport and recycling sectors, Mike is a member of the Climate Emergency Response Group (CERG), which works with Scottish Government, as well as chair of the Scottish Power Foundation.
