EV charging infrastructure provider InstaVolt was founded in 2016, and has close to 600 operational rapid – 50 to 150kW – chargers in the UK, right across the country. The company has won numerous EV industry awards, and was the first network to introduce contactless payment. Targeting 5,000 installed chargers by 2024/25, InstaVolt has recently announced plans to double the number of rapid points at its Banbury site to 32.
